About the Practice

Rooted in tradition,
attuned to you

Acupuncture 208 is a quiet treatment space tucked inside the Historic Pine Street School Plaza in downtown Redding. Every visit begins with real listening — a careful reading of your health history, pulse, and pattern — before any needle is placed.

The aim isn't just symptom relief. It's restoring the flow that lets your body do what it already knows how to do: heal.
